J&K ACB ने JPDCL, कटरा के जूनियर इंजीनियर अनिरुद्ध शर्मा को ₹75000 की रिश्वत मांगने और लेने के आरोप में ट्रैप करके गिरफ्तार किया।जम्मू 5 अप्रैल, 2026, J&K एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो ने प्रिवेंशन ऑफ़ करप्शन एक्ट, 1988 की धारा 07 के तहत FIR नंबर 07/2026 के तहत सरकारी कर्मचारी अनिरुद्ध शर्मा, S/O श्री अश्विनी कुमार शर्मा, R/O H.No. 583 मोहल्ला सुल्तानपुरा लेन नंबर 1 जानीपुर जम्मू, जो सब डिवीज़न JPDCL (PDD) कटरा में JE के तौर पर तैनात हैं, के खिलाफ शिकायतकर्ता से गैर-कानूनी रिश्वत मांगने और लेने के आरोप में केस दर्ज किया।उस आरोपी सरकारी कर्मचारी ने शिकायतकर्ता से बिजली का मीटर बदलने और महीने का बिजली बिल कम करने के लिए रिश्वत मांगी थी।चूंकि, शिकायतकर्ता रिश्वत नहीं देना चाहता था और उसने आरोपी सरकारी कर्मचारी के खिलाफ कानून के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के लिए एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो से संपर्क किया। शिकायत मिलने पर, एक सावधानी से वेरिफिकेशन किया गया, जिससे संबंधित सरकारी कर्मचारी द्वारा रिश्वत की मांग की पुष्टि हुई और उसके अनुसार, प्रिवेंशन ऑफ़ करप्शन, एक्ट, 1988 की धारा 07 के तहत FIR नंबर 07/2026 P/S ACB उधमपुर में केस दर्ज किया गया और जांच शुरू की गई।जांच के दौरान, डिप्टी SP रैंक के अधिकारी की अगुवाई में एक ट्रैप टीम बनाई गई। टीम ने एक सफल ट्रैप बिछाया और आरोपी सरकारी कर्मचारी को स्वतंत्र गवाहों की मौजूदगी में शिकायतकर्ता से पहली किस्त के तौर पर ₹75,000 की रिश्वत मांगते और लेते हुए रंगे हाथों पकड़ा गया।कानूनी प्रक्रिया का पालन करने के बाद ACB टीम ने आरोपी को मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया। ट्रैप टीम से जुड़े स्वतंत्र गवाहों की मौजूदगी में आरोपी के कब्जे से रिश्वत की रकम भी बरामद की गई। इसके अलावा, मजिस्ट्रेट की मौजूदगी में आरोपी के घर H.No. 583 मोहल्ला सुल्तानपुरा लेन नंबर 1 जानीपुर, जम्मू में भी तलाशी ली गई। इस मामले की आगे की जांच चल रही है।
